Processing Time: At Aeonian Decor, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note that during peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes around 3-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays, which are beyond our control. (Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska might take more time than expected). 

Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $40. All orders above $40 will receive free shipping. 

International Shipping: Currently, Aeonian Decor does not ship to international destinations. Aeonian Decor ships only to U.S locations as of January 1, 2025. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website and stay updated on the delivery status.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aeonian Decor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aeoniandecor1@gmail.com so we can try to assist you.

Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
