At Aeonian Decor, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. Because we work with a variety of suppliers and product types, return eligibility and timeframes may vary by item. Please review the return information below and refer to each product page for specific return windows.

 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is eligible for return (as noted on the product page)

Your request is submitted within the product's return window

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

The item is not marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable

Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

Final Sale / Custom Items

Not Eligible

Includes all clearance and some items. 

 

Limited Return Items

7 Days

Must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping not included.

 

Standard Return Items

14–15 Days

Applies to some items. Must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping not included.

 

Extended Return Items

30 Days

Applies to most items. Must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping not included.

 

Each product page includes a “Return Policy” section noting the specific window for that item. By completing your purchase, you agree to the return window listed for that product.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email aeoniandecor1@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Refunds will not be issued for returned items received outside the allowed return window.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
